Photogenics is a great little graphics application that will transform your PocketPC into a powerful graphics design machine.

Photogenics will literally transform the way you use your PocketPC. It will allow you to modify or create any kind of graphic format.
And yes that is a snail on a scooter :)!!!!
I was really impressed by the speed that Photogenics ran at. Though the application is very complete, handling any kind of graphics is just a snap. You'll be able to use functions such as blurring, shading, inserting text and many many more.
So many options to choose from.... I just could list them all or this review
would have required several pages!!!!
I found it to be comparable to Adobe Photoshop and yes, it has most of the functions that the very popular desktop software offers! Not only will you be able to manipulate pictures as efficiently as in Photoshop but you'll benefit from the use of the stylus, allowing you to create custom graphics.
Though the pixelization isn't as well displayed as on a 17in+ monitor, this program will save you some precious time.
Photogenics will enable image cropping and resizing, text editing, but also most importantly, you'll be able to view the image by layers. The layer function adds control to this program.
The images can also be very easily manipulated, copied and saved. The application even lets you chose the definition, size and format of the graphics that you'd like to create or modify and you can resize them to fit the PocketPC screen.
The GUI is very well designed and easy to use. There are also some really nice little options such as the "Fire" effect that will literally burn a hole through anything!!! The full screen option is appreciated to check out your work!!! Other effects such as zoom, cropping and more are available!!!!
Don't expect this movie anytime soon.... It will only be
released to White House members :)

Conclusion:
Photogenics is simply amazing. Name what you'd like a graphic application to be able to do on a PocketPC and Photogenics probably has it!!!
If you are like myself and use graphic applications almost everyday, this program is for you!!!.... Never mind that, every PocketPC user should get it!!!!
If you hesitate to spend the $49.99, a least give it a try, Idruna Software is offering a free trial that will run pretty much everything but you won't be able to save your work!!!
