Applian Picture Perfect: Picture viewer. I had this program since I got the iPAQ. It was one of the first. It's a shareware. It allows you to view pictures full screen and to create a slide show. The non-registered version allow you to only use 5 pictures for the show.
Conduits Pocket Artist LE: Little software that allows you to create quick drawings. This is a freeware but you will need to register in order to save files.
Pocket Cortona: VRML viewer.
